Getting the right strategy in place for vehicle charging will save you money now and earn revenue far into the future.

The electrification of the national car fleet is a certainty. Expensive public charging is one option but all trials show that by default people will choose to charge at home.

Car park installations are welcomed by tenants and generate revenue for block owners and managers.

Government grants will pay for 75% of infrastructure costs for a well-constructed scheme bringing money-saving charging to your residents and tenants.

Installing EV chargepoint infrastructure is grant assisted until March 2024 meaning that you can charge up your car park at a fraction of the true cost. With the infrastructure in place resident can “hook up” to your supply at the time they decide to go electric.

Furthermore additional government grants of £350 per chargepoint are available to residents installing their personal chargepoint into their parking space in residential blocks. These grants are available whether the residential occupant is an owner or a tenant.
